Mega Miles Subscription Charge Cancellation and Refund Request

I noticed an unauthorized subscription to Mega Miles, with a monthly fee of 239₺ (including taxes) being charged to my bill. I never signed up for this service, and despite contacting customer service to cancel, the charges continue to appear.

I’m requesting an immediate cancellation of this subscription and a full refund for the charges applied without my consent. Please address this issue promptly to avoid further unauthorized billing. Thank you.
