On August 14, 2025, while browsing the Meditopia app for sleep meditations, I accidentally purchased an annual membership. The moment I confirmed the payment, I realized my mistake and immediately canceled the subscription along with the membership. Despite this, ₺439.99 was still withdrawn from my Apple account.
I reported the issue through the app’s “Report a Problem” option and requested a cancellation and refund. My request was denied. I followed up again, explaining that I mistakenly selected the annual plan while looking through the weekly packages, confirmed it through Face ID, and never used the service. However, my refund request was rejected once again.
My registered email address is h***********@hotmail.com**, and the transaction number is ML4JWSWHNN. The payment was canceled right after it was made, and the membership was never used.
I am requesting a full refund of the ₺439.99 that was wrongfully charged. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursuing further legal action.
