Meditopia Unilaterally Strips m95 Fit Club Access From Silver Wellness Pass
I purchased the Meditopia Wellness Pass Silver package through my company specifically to access m95 Fit Club. The primary reason I chose this plan was that the m95 Fit Club facility was explicitly included within the Silver package coverage.
However, after my purchase, m95 Fit Club was removed from the Silver package and moved to the Gold package without my consent. With this change, the access rights I held at the time of purchase were effectively revoked. When I submitted my objection via email, I was told that only 4 manual entries per month could be defined for my account. Yet, at the time of purchase, I had 30 entries per month, making this offer far below my existing rights.
I selected this package specifically for access to m95 Fit Club. I find it unfair that the package contents were unilaterally altered after purchase to the user's detriment, leading to a loss of rights. Reducing my usage allowance from 30 entries per month to just 4 represents a severe loss of benefits that contradicts the terms active at the time of purchase.
My demand is clear: Either my original usage rights and access terms from the time of purchase must be fully restored, or I must be granted the right to cancel my membership and exit the package without penalty due to this scope change. I demand that the hardship I experienced be resolved and that the process be corrected transparently in favor of the user.
