Medigold Hospital Refused Treatment Despite My Insurance
On January 4, 2025, I took my daughter to Sultangazi Özel Medigold Hospital due to severe abdominal pain. Even though we have private health insurance with Allianz, the internal medicine doctor, B* M**** A****, insisted that we pay out of pocket** and pressured the front desk to register us as a paying patient instead of processing our insurance.
As a result, my daughter received no medical attention at all. It felt as if the doctor was annoyed by our presence, possibly because we interrupted his rest. With my daughter still in severe pain, we were forced to leave the hospital without treatment.
This kind of unethical and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable! No one should have to beg for medical care—especially when they have valid health insurance. Medigold Hospital, I demand an explanation and accountability! I strongly advise others not to trust this hospital with their loved ones' health. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
