I am very satisfied with pediatrician Dr. *** at Medigold Hospital, but the assistant, E, ruins the experience with her unprofessional and dismissive attitude. She acts as if she is the doctor herself, constantly speaking in a condescending manner, giving rude responses, and favoring certain patients by prioritizing them unfairly.
Every time I ask a question, I receive excuses or an unpleasant response. If I weren’t so happy with the doctor, I would never set foot in this hospital again because of her behavior. I have filed multiple complaints about how she denies patients their rightful place in line, but nothing has been done.
Since my concerns have been ignored, I have decided to report this issue everywhere necessary. Medigold Hospital, take action to ensure fair treatment for all patients! No one should feel disrespected or mistreated in a healthcare setting. Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
