A McDonald's Employee Removed Me From the Table!
While the McDonald's restaurant was empty, a middle-aged female employee removed me from the long table I was sitting at and told me to sit at a single table. I have never experienced such behavior at a McDonald's restaurant before. I frequently visit the McDonald's on Bahriye Üçok Boulevard in Karşıyaka, Izmir, and have never encountered such disrespect.
When other customers later sat alone at the same long tables, I asked why I was the only one warned. The response I received was extremely sarcastic. The female employee said, "I removed you because we thought you were sincere. You are still sitting, but the customers you mentioned have already left, which proves I was right." I was shocked. I have never seen such excessive behavior from an employee at any company.
A customer should never be treated in a way that makes them feel worthless. I expect McDonald's management to take the necessary action regarding this employee and ensure such behavior does not happen again.
At times when all the tables are empty, I was moved from where I was sitting and placed at a single table with the assumption that it would be full later, and then no warning was given to customers sitting alone at long tables. I urgently request you to take the necessary action regarding your disrespectful staff.
McDonald's is such an interesting company; I wrote my complaint to the company's Turkey and Global CEOs, and none of them responded. If these top executives behave so indifferently towards customers, the lower-level staff will certainly behave the same way. I have figured out the reason for the incident and why they will not provide a solution.
