Matbet Blocked My Account and Demands I Delete My Complaint
My Matbet account has been unfairly blocked for approximately one month. During this time, I have been completely unable to access my account, and no explanation has been provided to me other than referencing the complaint I previously posted on Sikayetvar.
When I spoke with company representatives by phone, they told me that I must remove my complaint from Sikayetvar, and that my account will not be reopened unless I do so. The only reason given to me has been “remove your complaint.” No rule violation, documentation, investigation result, or any other justification has been presented.
This approach and pressure feel like a form of intimidation. I strongly object to having my account fully restricted without any concrete explanation and being pressured to withdraw my complaint as a condition for regaining access.
I request that my account be reviewed again and that the unjust access restriction be lifted. I also ask that appropriate action be taken regarding the representatives who communicated with me in a threatening manner.
