Their only response is, "We’ve forwarded this to our financial team," followed by claims that "the IBAN owner doesn’t match the account." This seems like an excuse to avoid crediting the bonus or fulfilling their commitment.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and for Matadorbet to honor the bonus they promised. Customers deserve transparent processes and reliable support, not delays and baseless excuses. Please resolve this promptly and restore trust in your platform.
