Matadorbet Deleted My Winnings and Made False Accusations

I placed a ₺50,000 Double Chance bet on the Beşiktaş-Fenerbahçe match through Matadorbet, won the bet, and requested a withdrawal. However, instead of processing my request, Matadorbet deleted my balance and accused me of cross-betting.

I had never even heard of cross-betting before this accusation. I researched it on YouTube but still don’t understand what it means. I didn’t engage in such behavior, yet Matadorbet claims to have evidence against me but has refused to provide any proof.

I believe Matadorbet unjustly took my money without any valid reason. I’m 23 years old, and this situation has severely affected my mental health. I have screenshots proving my case, including the fact that I didn’t place bets on other sites that day. I demand that Matadorbet returns my rightful winnings immediately and ceases such baseless actions against its users.
