Masterpass SMS Verification Code Not Arriving for Registered Cards
I am experiencing a serious problem with my Masterpass account regarding SMS verification codes that prevents me from completing my payments. When I try to add my registered cards to different applications via Masterpass, the verification code that is supposed to be sent by SMS never reaches my phone. Since yesterday, I have tried approximately 10–15 times, and not even once did I receive the SMS code, so I could not complete the card-adding process and have faced significant difficulties in places where I needed to make payments. My cards are issued by Ziraat Bank, Getir Finans Bank and Kuveyt Türk, and I encounter the same issue with all of these banks’ cards. I do not receive any error message during the process; on the screen everything appears to be proceeding normally, but the verification code SMS never arrives. This problem has been occurring intermittently for a long time and has now reached a point where it completely prevents me from adding cards and making payments via Masterpass. I also previously changed my phone number, so there is a possibility that the verification SMS messages may still be going to my old number, and I would like this situation to be checked and confirmed in your system. When I contacted the banks about this issue, I was told that I should call my mobile operator. However, since the problem is only with Masterpass verification SMS messages, I believe that the main technical investigation needs to be carried out by Masterpass. I kindly request that the reason for this SMS verification problem with my Masterpass account be identified, that it be examined technically as soon as possible, that the issue be resolved urgently, and that I be informed about the process.
