Masterpass Fraud Block After Adding QNB Credit Card

I deleted all the cards, and when I recreated the account and added the card again, it was fixed.

I am writing regarding a problem I just experienced while trying to add my QNB credit card to my Masterpass Türkiye account on Masterpass’ own website. The system blocked the process and showed a message stating that the card adding process could not be completed, asking me to check my request again, and then indicated that due to multiple consecutive deletion operations, fraud had been detected. Because of this fraud flag, I am currently unable to add my QNB card to my Masterpass account and cannot use the service as intended. I only deleted my previously registered old credit cards, and as a result I have now been unfairly restricted. Right after encountering this issue, I sent an email to Masterpass support, but I do not know if there is a customer service number I can call to resolve this quickly. I kindly request that this fraud flag on my account be removed as soon as possible and that I be allowed to add and use my QNB card again without any restriction. I also expect this situation to be checked and corrected so that normal user actions, such as deleting old cards, do not cause unjust fraud suspicions in the future.
