Unauthorized Masteredu AI Payment Charged Through Paytm

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an unauthorized payment made through Paytm to Masteredu AI from my State Bank of India account. On 11 September, an amount of 599 INR was deducted from my SBI account via Paytm as a payment to Masteredu AI. This transaction was not done with my consent, and I did not authorize or intend to make any such payment for education services. I only noticed this deduction on 11 September and immediately became concerned, as I did not approve this transaction. After seeing the deduction, I contacted Paytm customer care and informed them that this 599 INR transaction was not done with my consent. Paytm customer care told me to contact Masteredu AI customer care, but so far I have not received any refund or proper resolution. It has now been three days since the transaction, and the amount of 599 INR has still not been refunded to my account. I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated urgently and that the 599 INR deducted on 11 September be refunded to my State Bank of India account as soon as possible. I also request clarification on how this transaction was processed without my consent so that such an issue does not happen again in the future. I look forward to a prompt resolution and refund of the charged amount.
