Masteredu AI ₹599 Unauthorized PhonePe Deduction After ₹1 Registration

On 25 September 2026, an amount of 599 rupees was automatically deducted from my Union Bank of India account through PhonePe for a transaction to “Master app / Masteredu AI” right after I had paid only 1 rupee for registration in the application. I did not request, approve, or use any paid service or product worth 599 rupees, and there was no clear information or consent on my side for this deduction. This unauthorized deduction has caused me financial and mental stress, as I trusted the application only for a small registration payment. I am attaching the transaction screenshot that clearly shows the successful 599 rupees payment to Masteredu AI via PhonePe. I request that the 599 rupees taken from my account without my consent be immediately refunded to my original payment method and that any automatic debit or subscription linked to my number or account in the Master app be fully cancelled so that no further amount is deducted in the future. I also request that this refund be processed as soon as possible without any delay.
