Refund My Money

I am writing regarding an incorrect subscription charge of ₹699 on the Master app and to request a full refund. I had only taken a ₹1 trial on the Master app and it was not clearly informed to me that after the trial period the subscription of ₹699 would be auto-renewed. Because of this lack of clarity, ₹699 was unintentionally deducted from my Paytm account on 28 September 2026 for a subscription that I did not knowingly purchase or consent to. As soon as I noticed this deduction, I contacted your support team and requested a refund. However, my refund request was closed by simply stating that a refund is not available, without considering my situation and the fact that this was an unintentional auto-renewal. ₹699 is a significant amount for me at this time. I kindly request that you review the related transaction and subscription details again and treat my case as an exception. I did not deliberately buy this subscription, and I had only intended to try the ₹1 trial. I therefore request that you process a full refund of ₹699 to my original payment method via Paytm and provide written confirmation of the refund. I am contacting you from Bihar, India and I am sharing this complaint so that my issue can be resolved fairly. I look forward to your positive response and a prompt resolution.
