Masteredu AI Unauthorized Auto Payments

I am writing regarding unauthorized automatic payments made to Masteredu AI from my Union Bank of India account, which I never approved or agreed to. On 19 July, a charge of 599 was taken as an auto payment to Masteredu AI without my consent. A second 599 transaction was deducted on 21 July in the same way, again without my approval. A third 599 payment was then taken today at around 2:36 am, which I also did not make or authorize. All of these show as automatic payments to Masteredu AI in my transaction history. I contacted Union Bank customer service about these payments, and they informed me that I need to reach out directly to the merchant responsible for the auto‑pay, which is why I am addressing this issue here. I have never knowingly subscribed, agreed to, or set up any auto‑payment with Masteredu AI. I request that Masteredu AI immediately cancel and remove any auto‑payment or subscription linked to my account or card, and that a full refund be issued for all three unauthorized 599 charges taken on 19 July, 21 July and today. I also ask for written confirmation that no further deductions will be made from my account in the future without my explicit consent.
