₹599 Deducted Automatically By Masteredu AI – Refund Required
On 8 October 2026, an amount of ₹599 was automatically deducted from my Paytm account for a payment to Masteredu AI, even though I did not intend to make this payment and did not knowingly authorize any such AutoPay. The transaction appears in my Paytm history as an automatic payment to Masteredu AI, and the UPI reference number is 490686422816. I contacted Paytm customer support regarding this issue, and they informed me that I should contact Masteredu AI directly for the refund of this amount. I request that my ₹599 be fully refunded and that my Masteredu AI subscription and any associated AutoPay or recurring payment mandate be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are deducted from my account in the future. I also request written confirmation by email or in-app message that the refund has been processed and the subscription/AutoPay has been cancelled.
