Marc Washing Machine Cleaner Leaves Permanent Foul Odor in Bosch Washer
On August 3, 2026, I used the Marc lemon-scented washing machine cleaner in my Bosch washing machine, strictly following the package instructions. Immediately after using the product, an unbelievably foul odor began emanating from the machine, and the smell has persisted without interruption ever since.
In an effort to remove the odor, I ran the machine multiple times while empty, using both detergent and plain water cycles, but the smell has not decreased at all. Because of this product, I can no longer use my washing machine with peace of mind. Experiencing such a severe and persistent issue—despite no warning of such a risk anywhere on the product packaging or descriptions—has caused me significant grief.
I tried to reach your customer support helpline multiple times, but I was unable to connect with a representative. I have been left stranded with this problem, completely unsure of where to seek help. It is unacceptable that a product receiving so many complaints remains on store shelves while users are left without support.
I demand that Marc immediately provide me with clear, actionable instructions on how to eliminate this odor from my machine, offer technical support for my washing machine if necessary, and resolve my grievance.
