Mapfre Insurance Rejects To Pay Surgery Fee
My father has had a Corporate Health Security policy with Mapfre Insurance for 16 years, but when he needed to use it for the first time, we were met with disbelief and accusations of lying. Mapfre and their contracted hospital, Liv Hospital, refused to cover my father's necessary surgery, claiming that his complaints could be resolved with diet and exercise. This not only left us frustrated and confused but also worried about the quality of care we could expect from Mapfre in the future. As a longtime policyholder, we are very disappointed in Mapfre's handling of this situation and their lack of respect for their customers' health and well-being. I am currently seeking legal action, but I want to warn others to be wary of this company and their unprofessional behavior.
