Magnum Ice Cream Containing Hair



Hello, first of all, I'm deeply disappointed by a renowned and beloved brand whose ice cream I've adored since childhood, only to find a hair in my scoop. When I reached out to them via Instagram, they didn't respond. Calling Magnum customer service, they stated they would examine the product and decide accordingly, but they couldn't address any visual issues. It's beyond belief—I felt nauseated and threw away the ice cream. Was I supposed to keep it and wait for you? To make matters worse, when I entered their store, I noticed everyone's ice cream had hair in it. Who knows how many hairs we've ingested before noticing this? Shame on you! Not only did I waste my money, but my stomach is also in turmoil because of you. I will spread the word and never let anyone taste your products again.
