MadMuscles removed features I paid for in the app, how can I restore them?

It’s upsetting when MadMuscles removes features you paid for—especially if you subscribed expecting full access.

But there are steps you can take to try and get them restored or refunded.

🔹 Why this might happen:
• App updates sometimes restrict access to previously available features;
• Subscription tiers or terms may have changed without clear notice.

🔹 What you can do now:
• Go to your MadMuscles account → “Restore Purchase” (if available in settings);
• Contact MadMuscles at [email protected] and explain which features disappeared, when they were removed, and what plan you paid for;
• Include screenshots or receipts that show your original access and payment details;
• If no response within a few days, request a refund through the App Store or Google Play, citing “missing paid features.”

🔹 Bonus tip:
• Mention your country’s consumer protection laws if you're entitled to the features under a paid plan.
