Very bad quality of product. We made an online purchase and bought 3 small frying pans. However, they were not in good condition. The handles were broken, and the screws came out before we used the pans. That's really upsetting. I invested my time, ordered, waited, and even put them in the dishwasher. Total waste of time and energy. Plus, they have very inefficient customer service. It is almost impossible to have a live chat; the AI is useless!
