Unauthorized Charged On My Lyft Direct Account From Reelshort

I have a problem with an unauthorized $29 draft taken from my Lyft Direct debit card even though I canceled the related subscription months ago and deleted the app. I did not approve this latest charge and I believed my subscription had already been terminated long before this transaction. I want Lyft to investigate this $29 draft, explain how it was processed after my cancellation, and immediately refund the unauthorized amount to my Lyft Direct account or to the original funding source. I also request that any related subscription or recurring payment be permanently canceled so that this does not happen again.
