Make sure you have a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) number from when you first reported the bag; this is what LOT and airport baggage handlers use to track your luggage in the WorldTracer system.

Use LOT’s online baggage search/report form on their website and upload your PIR, flight info, and any proof you have

This gets routed to their Central Baggage Tracing Office for secondary follow-up.
