I recently purchased the L'Oréal Hyaluron Eye Serum from an official L'Oréal seller, trusting the brand I’ve used for years without issue. Unfortunately, the moment I applied the product, I experienced intense burning under my eyes—so bad that I had to wash it off immediately. There was no way I could leave it on my skin.
This reaction was completely unexpected and deeply disappointing, especially from a brand I’ve always relied on for skincare. I’ve used many L'Oréal products before, but this was the first time I felt genuinely harmed by one. I expected a gentle, hydrating formula, not something that would make my eyes sting and my skin feel inflamed.
I’m incredibly upset by this experience and now afraid to use the product again. I’m reaching out for support and hoping for a proper explanation. Was the serum formulated differently, or could it be part of a bad batch?
L'Oréal, please respond to this complaint and let me know what can be done. I’d appreciate either a refund or a replacement, but more importantly, I want to know that you’re looking into why this happened. Consumers deserve transparency and care, especially when it comes to products used on such sensitive areas.
