Loreal Excellence Creme 4.15 Formula Change – Doesn't Cover Grays or Hold Color

My mother and I have been using Loreal 4.15 Excellence Creme for about 5 years, and we were always satisfied with the results. However, with the release of the new product under the same color name, our experience has been nothing but disappointing. From the moment we mixed the dye, we noticed the consistency had changed. The formula no longer covers gray hair, leaves a reddish tint, causes hair damage, and the color fades significantly within two weeks. By the end of the month, it turns brassy. We even tried switching to a darker shade, 5.15, but the same issues persisted—gray coverage failed, color faded quickly, and reddish tones appeared. Loreal, please revert to the old formula! I won’t be purchasing this dye again under these conditions.
