My promo code in Lords Mobile isn’t activating. Why doesn’t it work and how can I get the bonus?

Promo codes in Lords Mobile may not work for several reasons. Here’s how to activate them correctly:

Check validity and timing.
Promo codes are time-limited and often tied to events or holidays. If the code has expired or was already used on your account, it won’t activate.

Enter the code correctly.
Codes are usually case-sensitive. Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces when entering it.

Where to redeem.
On Android: open the game → Settings (gear icon) → Redeem Code.
On iOS: you may need to use the official redemption center and log in with your IGG ID.

Why it may fail:
• The code was already used
• It has expired
• It’s region- or platform-specific
• There’s a temporary server delay

Check your Mailbox.
Rewards are usually sent via in-game mail. Restart the game if you don’t see them immediately.

If the code should be valid but doesn’t work, contact IGG support with the code, date, and your IGG ID for verification.
