If you can’t log into your account after the update, try these steps:
Check the login method. Make sure you’re using the same method your account was linked to (Google Play, Facebook, or IGG). Updates sometimes reset the default option. Try all previously used login methods.
Restore via linked account. Log into your Google or Facebook account on your device before opening the game. This can restore your progress automatically.
Use IGG recovery tools. On the IGG support portal, use “Find ID” or “Forgot Password” with your registered email to recover your IGG account linked to Lords Mobile.
Contact support. Submit a ticket through the IGG support system and clearly explain the issue, including the update date and login methods tried. You can also email: [email protected].
If nothing works, describe your issue on Xolvie so IGG can review player feedback and improve account recovery support.
