Livu App Bank Transfer Sent but Coins Never Credited to Account
Today, on June 15, 2026, I sent a bank transfer to the Livu app's own IBAN account. My intention was to have the corresponding coins credited to my account in exchange for the amount I sent — but even though time has passed, the coins still have not been loaded into my account.
The app informed me that the "top-up is being processed," but no coins have been credited at any point during that time. I'm in a difficult position both because of the uncertainty around the money I sent and because the coins are still not showing up in my account.
I'm demanding that the full amount I sent be credited to my account as coins immediately, and that the harm I've experienced be remedied.
