I recently discovered a fraudulent charge from Liven on my Chase bank card ending in 6601. On May 5, 2026, an amount of $38.95 was withdrawn under the name of Liven, even though I did not authorize this transaction. Previously, I had only made a one‑time purchase with Liven for two weeks of service and did not agree to or request any recurring payments or additional charges. When reviewing my bank records, I noticed this $38.95 charge and confirmed that it was not a transaction I had initiated or approved. I have sent an email to Liven support about this issue but I have not yet received any response. I request that this unauthorized $38.95 charge be fully refunded to my bank card and that my details are secured so that no further charges are made to my account without my explicit consent. I kindly ask for this matter to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible and for written confirmation that no further unauthorized withdrawals will occur.
