I Had to Start a Chargeback Against Claritycheck for Excessive Charges

After a transaction I made through Claritycheck on April 28, an excessive and unauthorized charge of approximately $36 was withdrawn from my account. Since this transaction did not belong to me and was clearly an overcharge, I contacted my bank immediately after noticing the issue.

Through my bank, I initiated a chargeback process, and the transaction is now under investigation. During this period, I also communicated with Claritycheck directly, but I was only delayed with vague responses and never received any clear explanation or real solution.

At this point, I am trying to resolve the issue through the chargeback process with my bank. To prevent other users from experiencing similar problems, I strongly recommend avoiding making any transactions through this website. If anyone still encounters unauthorized charges or unexpected withdrawals, I advise them to contact their bank immediately and specifically request that a chargeback process be started without wasting any time.
