I Face Unauthorized MyIQ Charge of $29.99 on Wells Fargo Card

On April 10, 2026, a charge of $29.99 from “MyIq” appeared on my Wells Fargo debit card, even though I have never subscribed to any MyIq product or service and did not authorize this payment. I want this unauthorized transaction investigated, and I request a full refund of the $29.99. In addition, I want written confirmation that any account or subscription that may have been opened in my name with MyIq is cancelled and that my card information will not be used again, so that I will never be charged by MyIq in the future without my explicit consent. I kindly ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing of the outcome and the refund.
