Lingokids Charges Unexpected Annual Subscription Fee Without Prior Notice

Today, an annual subscription fee was charged to my Yapı Kredi credit card by Lingokids without my knowledge or consent. This transaction was executed on my card even though I gave no approval, did not initiate a subscription, and received no prior notification that I would be billed.

I only received an SMS alert regarding the transaction, but the message did not specify any amount. Neither Lingokids nor Yapı Kredi provided clear and explicit notice prior to this payment. I absolutely do not want and do not approve of this annual package currently shown as active on Lingokids.

I demand that this unauthorized payment be canceled, that the annual Lingokids package be terminated immediately, and that the full amount deducted from my credit card be refunded.
