Line Account Login Blocked Due to Inaccessible Email Verification

I am writing regarding an issue I am facing while trying to access my Line account on my new phone, an Infinix Smart 6 Plus. I lost my previous phone and am now attempting to log in on this new device. I still have access to my phone number and can receive verification codes via SMS, but the system also requires a verification code sent to my registered email address, which I no longer have access to.
Because I cannot access that email account, I am completely blocked from logging in, even though I can verify my identity using my phone number. This situation is seriously affecting me, as I have important business contacts and partners on this Line account whom I am currently unable to reach.
I was unable to find any live chat or direct support option to resolve this issue, which is why I am raising this complaint. I kindly request that my identity be verified using my phone number or any alternative method, and that my account access be restored or the login requirements updated so I can regain access without needing the old email address.
