Cannot Log Into LINE Account Despite Correct Verification Code

For about 15 days, I have not been able to log into my LINE account. After all accounts were removed from my phone, I reinstalled the LINE app, but since then I have not been able to access my account properly.

When I try to log in, I first enter my phone number. The system then asks, “Is this your account?” and shows my account. When I confirm, a verification code is sent. Even though I enter the code correctly, the app does not log me in, and the login process never completes.

Even though my phone number and email address are registered to my LINE account, I still cannot access it using this information. Regardless of my old chats, my main expectation is to be able to log back into my existing LINE account smoothly using my phone number and email.

I request that this access issue be investigated, that my login problem be resolved, and that I be contacted if necessary.
