LG Refused to Refund My Faulty Washer Dryer Despite Arbitration Decision

I went to the Consumer Arbitration Board due to the problems with the LG F4V9BCP2EE brand washer dryer. I won. However, despite the legal period having expired, an e-mail was sent to the Consumer Arbitration Board illegally and they are keeping me waiting. They are not refunding my money. They have been stalling me for 1 week. I will initiate enforcement proceedings. LG GIB did not suit the company. My TV was LG. I will not buy LG again because of this situation. I do not recommend it to anyone. The expert report is below: "LG F4V9BCP2EE. Due to the faulty main board software of the machine, it was observed that it performed the speed control and heating control incorrectly. The machine exceeds the heating degree above normal in terms of software and since it cannot adjust the speed during the drying cycle, the device makes noise. Conclusion: As we have tried to present and explain with the items and clarity above: 1) As can be understood from the content of the product file, there is a service deficiency. 2) The consumer has also made his application on time. There is no statute of limitations. 3) The opinion that there may be user error in the product has not prevailed 4) The conditions for cancellation of the contract including the refund have been met. 5) The product is a hidden defective product. Respectfully submitted to the discretion of the Arbitration Board. This report has been submitted to your Honorable Board in the Sample Expert Report format specified in the draft expert regulation." It is also stated in Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection titled Defective Goods, 'Goods that do not have one or more of the features stated in their packaging, label, introduction and user manual, internet portal or advertisements and announcements; that are contrary to the quality declared by the seller or determined in their technical arrangement; that do not meet the intended use of equivalent goods, that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies that reduce or eliminate the benefits reasonably expected by the consumer are also considered defective.' It is considered appropriate to decide to accept the consumer request."
