For years, I have been attempting to take my money out of LeoVegas, but they continually complicated the process. They first requested a proper ID, hence I sent proof of address and my bank card, all of which were accepted. Now, once I have won, they suddenly need my driving license—something they never mentioned earlier. When I first registered, they had no trouble accepting my money; ID verification was not required back then. They are aware that my license is expired, and an online chat worker even advised me that given my current ID matches my account information it should be sufficient. Knowing I cannot due to my health state, they are now advising me to apply for a new one. This seems like a means of justification for preventing my disengagement.
