League of Legends RP Purchase From Pinly Gave Me the Wrong Amount

I purchased a 3625 RP code for League of Legends through Pinly, but when I redeemed the code, only 520 RP was credited to my account. Even though I paid for 3625 RP, I encountered a significant shortage in the amount delivered.

I noticed the issue last night and contacted Pinly expecting the problem to be resolved, but I have not received any response so far. Because there is a large difference between the RP amount I paid for and the amount that was actually delivered to me, I request that this issue be investigated as soon as possible.

In return for the payment that was taken from me, I want either the missing RP to be credited to my account or a full refund of the amount I paid.
