Wild Rift Wild Cores Purchase From Hesap.com Did Not Credit My Account

On February 14, 2026, I purchased 1335 Wild Cores for the game League of Legends: Wild Rift through Hesap.com. My transaction number is 8120601. After completing the purchase, I was sent a code. However, there were no instructions explaining where or how to enter this code in the game, so the Wild Cores have not been credited to my account.

When I purchase Wild Cores from Hesap.com, I expect them to be delivered directly to my game account without having to deal with redeeming codes. I request that the necessary checks be carried out and that the product I paid for be credited to my account in full. I would also like to be informed once the issue has been resolved.
