I Didn’t Receive Purchased Wild Rift Cores on My Redmi 12 Android Phone

I recently purchased 1,000 Wild Rift cores (935 + 65 bonus) for ₺190 using my Redmi 12 Android phone. The payment was made via credit card, and the transaction shows as successfully completed. However, the cores have not been credited to my account. The purchase was made on my account alfhabror231#9893.

This is the first time I have experienced such an issue in Wild Rift, and I have not yet contacted customer service. I believe this is a straightforward technical error that should be resolved promptly.

I request that the purchased 1,000 cores be added to my account immediately or the payment be refunded without delay. I expect Wild Rift support to investigate and correct this issue as soon as possible so I can use the content I paid for.
