League of Legends RP Order Was Incomplete on pinly.com
On 05/04/2026, I purchased 2150 RP for League of Legends through pinly.com. However, only 450 RP was added to my account instead of the full amount I paid for. I made the payment using my credit card and paid approximately $9 for the transaction. The reference number for my order appears as #38fee3DB-45b...
After experiencing this issue, I contacted pinly.com customer support. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the problem, they took an approach that seemed focused on justifying themselves while leaving the customer unfairly disadvantaged. The amount of RP added to my account is far below what I actually paid for, and the issue has still not been corrected.
I request that the missing RP amount be fully credited to my account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation regarding why the incorrect amount was delivered and why the issue has not yet been resolved.
