League of Legends RP Package on Pinly Did Not Match the Description

I purchased a package on Pinly that was advertised as 3625 RP for the game League of Legends. However, after completing the purchase, only 460 RP was credited to my account. I noticed this missing amount about two hours after the transaction.

I believe the advertisements and descriptions use misleading wording intended to confuse customers, because I completed the purchase believing I would receive 3625 RP and paid $12 for it. The amount of RP delivered does not match the amount that was promised in any way.

For this reason, I believe I have been misled by this incorrect or deceptive transaction, and I request a refund of the $12 I paid.
