I purchased the Lansinoh Bottle & NaturalWave Nipple 160 ml S 1m+ product on November 22, 2025, from the e-bebek store at Kocaeli Symbol Mall, specifically choosing it because it was labeled as slow-flow. However, from the very first use, the product was a complete disappointment; the nipple acted like a fast-flow nipple. My baby, who is only 40 days old, ends up with a mouth full of formula and constantly spills it out. This not only affects feeding negatively but also causes significant gas issues.
We were shocked to see the formula flow so quickly and uncontrollably when we turned the bottle upside down. After checking Xolvie, I found videos and comments from many other customers experiencing the same issue. Compared to Philips Avent bottles, the flow control problem is extremely clear. For this reason, I expect an explanation from the brand regarding whether this is a production or manufacturing defect.
Throughout this process, I am genuinely upset that my baby’s feeding has been disrupted, that unnecessary gas problems have occurred, and that formula has gone to waste. I no longer want to use this product. For this item on invoice number E112025001284675, I am not requesting an exchange—I request a full refund and ask that the flow control of these products be reviewed to prevent similar problems for other parents.
