On October 2, I purchased a Lansinoh NaturalWave baby bottle from e-bebek via Pazarama.com. Since the very first day I bought it, the bottle has been excessively foaming and making noise during every use. This issue negatively affects my baby’s feeding, and I’m extremely disappointed to experience such a problem with a product I specifically chose for its anti-colic feature.
When I contacted customer service about the issue, they repeatedly told me to tighten the nipple and pull it upward, claiming the problem was due to air inside the bottle. However, the fact that I have to manually fix it every single time completely defeats the purpose of convenience, and the anti-colic function doesn’t work as intended. I constantly have to help my baby relieve gas manually, which is very frustrating.
The product is only one month old, and even though it’s not under warranty, it’s unacceptable for such a recently purchased bottle to have this kind of issue. I request that a permanent solution be provided for this problem.
