I purchased a triko t-shirt from Lacoste online, and after the first wash, the neckline came apart. I sent a message to the site, but I haven’t received a response.
The store is unable to offer a replacement or solution for online purchases, which is why I am reaching out here. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and provide a solution.
