I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying face wash that I have been using for about one month. Although the product is still very new, the pump has started releasing a brown, rusty-looking liquid along with the face wash. This is clearly not normal for a skincare product and has made me concerned about its safety and quality. The product was purchased in Malaysia, and I first noticed this issue today. I have not yet contacted either La Roche-Posay or the point of sale abroad, as I am not currently there, but I believe this situation should be investigated since it may indicate a packaging or pump defect. In light of this defect, I kindly request a replacement of the product and an examination of the batch or packaging, so that similar problems can be prevented for other customers.
