I am frustrated with the constant gambling content that appears every single day and every second on the Kwai Turkey app. Under the so-called “game” pages, users are encouraged to buy diamonds and gamble, and the amount of money flowing out of the country through this system reaches hundreds of millions of ₺ daily. Throughout this process, I have not seen a single warning, age restriction, or notification message.
I have reported this situation to Kwai multiple times, as well as to the Ministry of Interior in Turkey, but no action has been taken to resolve the issue. It is very disturbing to see gambling being promoted so openly and people being taken advantage of in this way.
My expectation from Kwai is that this gambling feature be completely terminated and that urgent measures be implemented to protect users. I am filing this complaint from Istanbul.
