Kwai Didn’t Deliver My 1420 Diamonds After I Paid

I am extremely frustrated with Kwai. I purchased 1420 diamonds through a bank transfer, paying ₺740, but the diamonds never appeared in my account. This is completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to be reliable.

I am requesting immediate action: either my ₺740 must be refunded to my bank account or the 1420 diamonds must be credited to my Kwai account without any further delay. My user ID is blntgns_24 for reference. I have tried to get support but have received no proper response so far.

I urge Kwai to review my case urgently and resolve this issue. I did not spend ₺740 just to be ignored. Please either deliver the diamonds I paid for or process my full refund immediately. I expect a fast and serious resolution!
