Kuveyt Türk Leasing Contract Violation: Unilateral Cancellation

I have a leasing agreement with Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası Konya Organize Sanayi Branch, and for the last two months I have been experiencing a serious problem regarding the implementation of the contract terms. Although there is a mutually signed leasing contract, the bank now wants to terminate this contract unilaterally in violation of the agreed conditions. In addition to trying to cancel the leasing without complying with the contract, they do not provide me with a copy of the contract I signed, despite my requests. This situation puts me in a very difficult position both in terms of planning my investments and fulfilling my commercial obligations, as I cannot clearly refer to the written terms I relied on when making this financial commitment. I have raised the issue both with the branch and through official channels of Kuveyt Türk. However, the bank argues that there is no problem and insists that they are not at fault. Despite this, they continue their unilateral termination attempt and still do not give me my copy of the signed contract. I request that Kuveyt Türk immediately stop the unilateral termination attempt that is contrary to the leasing contract, provide me with a copy of the signed leasing agreement without any further delay, and fully comply with all the terms we originally agreed upon. I also request that any loss of rights or possible damages that may arise from this process be prevented and my victimization be eliminated.
