Kumho 175/65/14 Tires Deformed After 14 Months – Company Blames User Error

My Kumho tires (size 175/65/14) are only 14 months old, and although there are no punctures, tears, or visible damage, three of the tires have become deformed and unusable. When I reported the issue to the company, I was told that the problem was due to “user error.”

However, it’s completely unacceptable for three tires to deform at the same time under normal driving conditions. I believe this clearly indicates a manufacturing or material defect, not misuse.
