KuCoin Fails to Honor $100 Sign-Up Bonus and Charges Excessive Daily Fees

I have been using the cryptocurrency platform KuCoin for about a week. When I signed up, they promised a $100 sign-up bonus, and I joined relying on this pledge. However, far from getting $100, I was only able to accumulate $2 to $3 through my own efforts by completing countless tasks.

Then, to claim the bonus, I was instructed to make a deposit. I deposited money just to receive the reward. Despite this, I didn't receive any bonus, nor did my account balance increase. On the contrary, I noticed daily deductions of about $1.50 labeled as a "fee." Given that I only had a small balance of around $3, I find this daily deduction of nearly 50% completely unfair and unjustifiable.

I reached out to KuCoin support about this issue, and they responded via email, but their answer was completely inadequate and failed to explain the situation—I received no satisfying answer at all. I demand that KuCoin deliver the promised sign-up bonus, stop these unreasonably high daily fee deductions, and refund all fees previously deducted from my account.

I want KuCoin to be clear and transparent about its promotional campaigns and resolve this unfair situation as soon as possible.
